i am in the process of moving over to AG....sorry, hi! im pretty sure this is my first post, but hopefully not my last, i love the forums, and there is soooo much information here.....anyway, ive put together a 3 tier system, and am using 2 turkey fryers ('cause i got a GREAT deal on 2), one for the the hlt, and one for the brew pot. ive also got my mlt done....i guess i should get on with the question...
how would you suggest measuring water going to mlt, and then again for sparging. i dont know if its possible to add a sight glass on the exterior, due to being exposed to an open flame from the fryer. like i said, im still new, but am learning quickly.....any suggestions?
