Hey guys. I’m designing a controller for my RIMS tube and boil kettle. I was wondering if somebody with wiring experience can look over my diagram and see if you see any problems. I’m planning on using the Auber EZ Boil as the controller which has boil and step mashing modes. Boil mode has a adjustable percentage to control the boil and mash mode uses burst fire to control temps(hence the use of a temp sensor only on the RIMS). The elements are interlocked through the pump switches to make sure nothing dry fires or fires without pumps running. I’m thinking about eliminating the interlock for the boil kettle as I don’t really need to have pumps running in order to boil. Any thoughts on improvements? Did I wired the SSR right for 240v on the boil element? Your insight is appreciated.
