So I'm trying to come up with a recipe for a Peanut Butter Cup Brown ale. I am a partial mash brewer. Any and all feedback is highly appreciated: Here is what I was thinking:

Extract:
1lb Dry Extract Briess Traditional Dark
1lb Dry Extract Amber
3.3lb Liquid Pale Extract

Steeping Grains:
2lbs Brown Malt
8 ounce Chocolate malt
8 ounces Caramel 20L malt

Yeast:
S-04

Hops:
I still havent determined this yet but maybe Hallertau?

In the last 10 minutes of the boil, I would add 1 lb of PB2.

Will this have enough chocolate flavor? I don't want to overpower the PB2. Should I add more PB2 and Cacao Nibs into the secondary? Thanks in advance.

any suggestions at all or anyone know of a partial mash brown ale recipe that I should just add the pb and cacao to?

Ive done a PB stout several times. Here were my tricks
- 1/2lb lactose in boil
- 1 box captain crunch in the mash
- secondary with 2 jars of PB2, sanitized with a bit of boiling water to mix in
- 1 box captian crunch dry hop along with 4oz cacao nibs, boiled in water
- bit of PB flavor extract to taste before bottling
- hop selection doesnt matter, any noble-ish hops will do the trick. If you add enough to pick out discernable hop character, you did it wrong

I like the Brown malt addition. Maybe throw half a pound (or less) of Victory in there.

I'd use the Cascade for bittering since it's the highest AA% hop you have, & then the EKG for the late additions.
