New To Homebrewing! Was Wondering, What's The Average Shelf Life For A Extract Kit ?? Thanks For Any Help!

Depends...

Liquid extract will get darker with time. (So will dry, but at a much slower rate).

If it is a can, make sure it isn't swollen. If it is, just chuck it. If it is dry, it should be dry still, and not totally clumped together. Stored properly, these will last for a long time.

Assuming the kit had dried yeast with it... throw it away! Yeast does have a limited shelf life. Just pick up a new pack of something dry to match the style.

What's your intention? Do you have an old kit that your wondering about OR are you wondering how long you can store a fresh kit before it goes bad?

Just Had A Few Coin's Back From TAX MAN !! Thought I'd Use Them Before Wife Get's Back From Work!!!!

Just pull the cash and stash it in the mattress or something, she wont know the difference between you buying something and hiding cash if its gone off the top

and no worries if she does find it, i can get you the number of a good divorce attorney! ;)
