Can someone please give me some pointers on how i need to modify my tap water for brewing NEIPA styles? I have very hard water with high alkalinity :

Ca - 97.4
Mg - 8.8
Na - 30
SO4 - 91.3
Cl - 127
HCO3 - 231.86

PH 7.2

Thanks in advance!

Cut it with some RO and use some acid malt or lactic/phosphoric acid. Other than the alkalinity your water is good.. water adjustments won’t necessarily make anything “juicy” but reducing the alkalinity will make it feel softer and less harsh. Maybe a little more caCL if you end up cutting it with RO.
