I mentioned before, fermentation is more than what's visible to us. I still see some foam too. I'd let it be for another week, in a slightly warmish place (~20-24°C). Don't even open it until then, let it be.

Then bottle in your plastic bottles just in case. Don't forget to add priming sugar if you want them carbonated.
