So I have a IIPA fermenting in my FC. Its 2 weeks in and I'm gonna dry hop it at 2 1/2 weeks for 5 days then cold crash. I'm also brewing an AIPA this afternoon to keep the pipeline going. Problem is my FC also doubles as my cold crashing vessel. I was hoping my AIPA would be done actively fermenting by the weekend so I could move it to a closet that gets up to about 75 for a day or so while I cold crash. I don't think it would affect the fermentation. Would it? Any other ideas?

You can ferment the AIPA until all signs have stopped, then take it out of the chamber to cold crash the IIPA. Many will warm the beer up to finish as standard procedure. Then you can put the AIPA back into the chamber to cold crash it.
