yes ....RED IPAI've never dry hopped a red. Is this a red ipa?
Wait, you want me to read the entire subject line?yes ....RED IPA
thanks ... Addition of hops in the boil ....20 min and 5 min ....11% crystal maltsI can't read Portuguese (?) so I'm not sure what you're doing with those non-dry hop additions. Is that "whirlpool 20 minutes" or "add with 20 minutes left in the boil"?
In either case, I think you're gonna miss not having a full boil duration bittering addition. I like the Chinook in a red rye IPA, I would move that to full boil duration.
As for all the cara_____ malts, I'm not familiar with them. If you are, and you have a taste in mind with that combination, more power to you. If not, I think you're using way too many different kinds. I get the carafa special for color, but the other ones, seems like I'd just pick one of those.
THANKStl;dr? brew it.
FWIW, here's what I see in the in the "grain bill" of the recipe:

86% base malts with with some rye flavors.

de-husked black malt to get the desired color.

Equal portions of "crystal/caramel" malt at 22/25/50 SRM to (caution: speculation) can provide a range of interesting malt flavors.
If you are looking a more "malt forward" Red IPA, the grain bill looks reasonable to me.

Hops additions / timings look reasonable to me
