Help please

I had a problem with my burner in the middle of my boil and had to switch to my stove top. I cannot get my wort chiller in to sanitize it for last 15 min of boil.(hood fan) My question is can I just spray the chiller down with iodophor or will there be an undesireable reaction with the copper?

You'll be fine. Spray away. Plus you will be adding it to still near boiling wort so there will still be some sanitization happening.
