hey guys im trying to do a DFH 60 minute clone recipe. the recipe calls for continuously adding hops. would pellet hops be fine to add right to the wort or should i have a bag to throw them in to steep in the wort..? i didnt know if it would be a problem. im not able to find leaf hops for warrior and i was a bit concerned about the differences in the recipe should i only be able to add pellet hops.

the link to the recipe i wanted to do is:

i really appreciate the help. i dont want to ruin a beer by not knowing. better safe than sorry. if you have any questions as to what i might mean ill try to answer as best i can. thanks again.

You can add hop pellets directly to wort. They can be a pain though when transferring the wort to the fermenter; depends on your method, as they'll clog many types of filters. I never use a hop bag BTW. My kettle has a ball valve, and I attach a bazooka screen to that. Before I had that set up I would occasionally just pour all the contents of the kettle into the fermenter if I was having trouble with filtering out hop pellets.
