I'm in the middle of my mash right now and noticed the guy at my LHBS did not give me the columbus hops I needed. This is what I am brewing:

6 lbs 9.6 oz Pale Liquid Extract (8.0 SRM) Extract 58.00 %
3 lbs 12.0 oz Brewers Malt 2-Row (Briess) (1.8 SRM) Grain 32.95 %
12.0 oz Victory Malt (25.0 SRM) Grain 6.59 %
4.5 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt -120L (120.0 SRM) Grain 2.46 %

0.75 oz Centennial [6.00 %] (90 min) Hops 14.6 IBU
0.75 oz Simcoe [13.00 %] (90 min) Hops 31.6 IBU
1.00 oz Centennial [6.00 %] (Dry Hop 14 days) Hops -
1.00 oz Crystal [3.50 %] (Dry Hop 14 days) Hops -
1.00 oz Simcoe [13.00 %] (Dry Hop 14 days) Hops -
0.40 oz Zeus [14.00 %] (30 min) Hops 13.1 IBU
0.40 oz Zeus [14.00 %] (15 min) Hops 8.4 IBU

1 Pkgs London Ale (Wyeast Labs #1028) Yeast-

Instead, he gave me an extra centennial. Luckily, I have a 1/2 oz of columbus in the freezer. I also have another 1/2 of cascade in there. What do I do as a substitute!?

There's no such thing as the wrong hops, only different hops :D. I agree with dwarven_stout, centennial, (or cascade) at 30, CTZ at 15.

Also, thanks Yoop...never knew that C=T=Z.
