Help, My thermometer is broken

I am in the process if brewing a cream ale and I just realized that my digital thermometer is broken. It is reading about 25 degrees lower. I did not realize it until 40 minutes into mashing. I heated up some water and I am at about 135 now. I was at 125. Any advice would be great.

I did the exact same thing yestetday. I ended up mashing one batch at 47 and the other at 40. I don't know how to fix it but I am gonna pay close attention to what others say. Good luck!
