Help! My kombucha looks funny, is this safe to drink?

My kombucha is about ready to be bottled, but my scoby looks like this. Any advice? I'm a little worried. Thanks folks!

Looks fine to me to, funny how square it is though. Was it brewed in a square vessel and transferred for the picture or something?

That had to be transferred, I get brown hangy things that look kinda like that but it always grows to the edges.
Am I going to die

I'd compare your mother to one of the pictures on this site to get some idea of what you should look for if you have a gut feeling.
