I just took inventory and realized i probably have enough ingredients to make two batches of beer. Let's see who can come up with one or two best recipes using only the ingredients listed below. No restrictions on style, ABV, IBU, etc.

12oz peatsmoked malt
8oz caraaroma
8oz carared
8oz Cara 10L
1oz roasted barley

2.5 oz Cascade
0.75 oz Centennial
6 oz Chinook
1.5 oz Galaxy
1.25 oz Hallertau Mittelfreu (spelling?)
0.75 oz Northern Brewer
0.5 oz Pride of Ringwood
1.5 oz Saaz
2.75 oz Simcoe
3.5 oz Summit
0.5 oz Willamette

Yeast
1056 Wyeast American Ale
White Labs Pacific Ale
Saflager 189
Saflager 34/70

MISC
2lbs Corn sugar
1lb Honey
1lb Table Sugar

Batch size?

Ideally 5.5 gallons into the fermenter. If doing smaller batches, i can do stovetop BIAB.

I have a few 1 gallon, 5 gallon, and 6 gallon fermenters.
I normally keg, but i have 12oz and 22oz bottles, caps, and a capper too.

Completely open - i can do a 2.5 gallon mash and then split it into two 1 gallon fermenters using 2 different yeasts.

I was thinking about doing this with 1/2 of the grains available:

That looks like a great American Light Lager. For the rest of the grain, there's tons of directions you could go. A hoppy American Amber might be a good way to use up the rest of the basemalt, some of the specialty malts, and some hops. Something to this effect:

OG/FG: 1.055/1.014
IBU: 50
SRM: 14
ABV 5.4%

Grain:
5lbs 2-row (you'll have to buy a few pounds)
3lbs Maris Otter
1lb Golden Promise
.5lb Cara-Amber
.5lb Cara-Aroma
.5lb Munich
.5lb Honey
1oz Roasted Barley

Hops:
.5oz Chinook @ 60
.5oz Williamette @ 15
1oz Simcoe @ 5
1oz Chinook @ 5
1oz Cascade @ 5

1.5oz Galaxy @ Dry
1oz Simoce @ Dry
1oz Chinook @ Dry
.75oz Centennial @ Dry

Yeast:
1056

Mash:
156F

Thanks for the suggestion, that looks good - i have some mystery malt i might be able to use, or i might be able to bum a couple lbs of DME from a brewbud.

Anyone else have any suggestions? I am getting ready to keg and will have two fermentation chambers available this weekend.

IPL

3# pils
2# pale
1# honey
1/2# carapils
1/4# sugar

1/2 oz Centennial 60 min boil

(If you have any juniper berries, coarse grind a 1/2 oz and add to the last 10 minutes of the boil...use a tea ball)

You could try an American Pale Ale like this one... (Note the need for a few extra pounds of 2-row, or your "mystery malt")
