Okie so I have hops a browning and need to use them..

Here is the basic set for a 5.6% Pale.. I won't bore you with the grains and extracts (I am now comfortable with that stuff)

Hops.. I am Bittering with 1oz Nugget (leaf) , at 30 min adding .5oz Challenger (pellets).... 10min .5oz Willamete (leaf)......... I need to use up 1/4oz of Hallertauer and 1/4oz Saaz (before they go bad) .. If I add them at 10 min Will it screw up my flavor?
Will it compliment it?
Will people taste my beer and bow down to worship me? Or will I pour it down the sink?

Actually noble (Hallertauer, Saaz) hops can get better with a little browning. Unlike columbus or cascades, noble hops have high beta acids, which become more available as the hops age. This balances the decline of the alpha acids.

Toss them in.
