Hello a few months ago I made some lemon wine. I spoke to one person before I made it and they said that it would be difficult to do because of the acid. However I still went ahead and made it but I kind of added a pinch of wine yeast and yeast nutrient per day for about a week. I have bottled it up but it has lost the lemon flavour and gone way to strong. Would it be OK if I add more lemon juice or am I better off waiting to see what's it like once it's aged.

Not really enough information. Could you provide the recipe? What do you mean when you write that it has "gone way too strong"? The alcohol level? The intensity of flavor? The acid bite? A version of lemon wine is popularly made by many folk who call it "skeeter pee" or "SP". You may want to check out various threads dealing with SP..

What is the recipe and how old is the wine?

Be aware that wine tends to go through phases as it ages out.

My pineapple/mango wine was almost flavorless at 9 months. Now I use it for bartering because the pineapple is so overwhelming that I don't really care for it.
