OK so it is carbonating just no where near as much as I expect..... I have brewed 3 PM batches after doing a few kit and extract batches. The first PM batch carbed well after 10 days or so. First batch was 100g of corn sugar dissolved in boiling water added in the bottling bucket in the standard way.... The second PM batch I used 130 g for about 18 litres and after 5 weeks its still under carbed at a barmy 26°c room temp all I get is a tiny little puff on opening the bottle and very little fizz or head..... third batch I used 150g corn sugar and after 14 days again a tiny pfff on opening and very little carbonation.
For all batches Primary was 7 days and secondary 7-10 days all batches have a good clarity - fermentation temp is between 19-22 degrees all batches used same yeast Dunstar Nottingham rehydrated as per instructions.
Any ideas on what I can change, I was really nervous putting the 150g in the last batch was expecting foamers or bottle bombs not a pathetif pfff......
