Bought this over 5 years ago... recently upgraded and was looking to sell it off but I can't for the life of me remember what brand this was. Gave some searches on forums and google images, but not finding anything that looks the same. Anyone recognize it?

Things that stand out to me are :
1. base is square, not rounded on one side
2. the bolts inside the hopper were tac welded (no need to hold it with a wrench when tightening)
3. the bolts are allen bolts, not phillips head
4. the handle is aluminum, but the part you grip is plastic/gray
5. the screws that hold the roller setting are the same allen bolts used elsewhere, perhaps they in later models used thumb screws here but i cant' find anything similar
6. the roller adjustment has a knurled end for gripping, but only the end piece.

If anyone has this mill or knows the brand I'd appreciate it. I'd prob not only has more value if i can remember the brand but more likely to find a home.

I did... at that time i had ordered a ton of parts from brewhardware to start using pumps. Im fairly certain i ordered the grain mill from a seperate place and by itself.

I also recall the base being extra and having to assemble the hopper. Its void of any logos or anything and im having a hell of a time finding any old pictures on a google search with similar bolts

Yeah, i posted it regardless in the for sale... but figured someone buying it would want to know. Was hoping someone would notice it and recognize it. I figure it's worth some money regardless.

That looks like the DIY mill I got from Austin Homebrew Supply around 5 years ago. It came as either just the mill and handle and you built the hopper and base , or you could get it ready to go. There is no name or stamping on it.

That would make sense... shipping on a mill from Austin Homebrew would have been cheaper. I just sold the mill off, so i guess i'll just consider that mystery solved.

Confirmed.

Google image searched for grain mill + austin homebrew and found an old cached pininterest jpg.. matches everything. Same screws, handle, hopper, square base.
