Help finding fitting for regulator (lLHT to RHT hex)

I recently purchased a Taprite 3740 regulator. I haven't received it yet but from my research I've discovered that the high pressure ports are left handed threads. I'm looking for a small pipe that is a hex (for tightening) that is left handed on one side and right handed on the other. The pipe should be about 2 inches or so long.

It would be great if I found it at stores like homedepot or lowes.
