I'm ticked off. just went through 2, 5 gallon C02 tanks in 4 days. It started happening after i removed my guages to weigh the tank. Now I'm not sure if i lost an O ring or gasket or something. My dual guage/regulator setup has a big nut, and on the inside, an orifice, with an Allen head slot to tighten it down. I dont see an O ring in there, doesn't mean I did not lose it. i went to more beer and the guages they sell are a little different, and have an O ring on the stem. They did sell me a small grey washer of some sort with a hole in it, its about the size of the orifice. i just installed it with the new tank. I know how to check for leaks with the soap/water, I'm mainly concerned with having the correct part to stop the leak
thanks for any help

You need the gray washer for leak free seal. Some micro matic models have the built in rubber o ring, or a white plastic mating surface that is supposed to work. While your gauges are off, weigh em. That way you dont have to remove them to weigh your tank.
