Hey everybody,
I have two propane cookers, the style of the burner is shown in the link below, the difference being mine are generic 60,000BTU burners, not Bayou Classic 150,000 burners.
BG-10 High Pressure Cast Iron Burner
The problem is both of them create a lot of soot on the bottom of my pots. I've tried playing with the air/gas mixture to no avail. Is that just something this style of burner is prone to? I don't wanna have to clean this black crud off the bottom of my pots everytime I brew.
Is there something I can do or should I just buy better burners?
Thanks!
Nick
