Brewing an extract saison and accidentally added 1/2 oz bitter orange peel and 1/28oz Paradise seeds to the steeping grains. Didn't read the instructions carefully enough on when to add these(toward end of boil). Is it worth continuing the batch or will I end up with some funky flavors?

You'll be fine. It probably won't be as intended, but it will be drinkable.
Definitely worth continuing, added flavors will probably be a bit subdued, but I like more of the Saison yeast character to come through anyway.
