hello all, hope this is gonna work. the problem is i didnt aerate the wort until i added the yeast. in hand means i aerated the beer. i did see a little action in the airlock the 1st 24 hours and nothing else after that. is this going the ruin anything? i plan on moving to a carboy for my secondary fermentation.

NOOOOOOOO. Don't go near it for a few more weeks, then carefully seal this potentially volitile liquid in bottles, carefully pack it, and ship it to my lab for testing. All of it.
