Can i open up the fermenter and bottle even if the airlock is still bubblg and its after 5days.but the instruction book says .after adding hops leave for 5days and then bottle

Don't even think about bottling if fermentation is still ongoing. Your bottles will become glass bombs.

Patients my friend.. You want fermentation complete AND several days of rest at final gravity for yeast clean up, that usually involves a minimum of 2 weeks.

Ok..thank you for the advice just was confused by the instruction book which says bottle after 5 days

Are you dry hopping? If so that may make sense but you’ll do that after fermentation is complete

I don’t even think about bottling/ kegging for at least 3 weeks
