Hello everyone, I've been brewing for a couple months and I am experimenting with various flavors from extracts to see what I like. I was hoping to get into using raw ingredients soon, but I'll start with some other recipies first. I'm in the Lansing Michigan Area.

Welcome! i'm big on mini-mashes. You can do them with your extract equipment just by buying a really big grain bag. I would recommend starting with clone kits, since you can compare your results to the commercial product. I've been brewing six years and I still do kits as well as extract, mini-mash & AG original recipes.
