I have been making spoiled in the refrigerator Hard cider for years, a batch or two I used brewers yeast,.
recently I have been making everclear reinforced "moonshine".
i am not ready for distilling yet,
I have no special equipment
I am looking for a recipe that is drinkable as is or can be fortified for those that like a stronger beverage.
apple pie with JD,, makes me all warm and fuzzy

Welcome to the forum. Here you will fine recipes and instructions to most anything alcohol related. I must warn you , it's a rabbit hole of which once you decend there is no return.
