Philly area here... I've done about 20 extract/partial mash batches and I just acquired enough equipment to do a full-sized boil / BIAB. About to go all-grain!

Favorites: Moose Drool, Dunkelweiss, Bavarian Hefe, Belgian blondes (the beers not the chicks )
