I realize I posted to the forum earlier and forgot to introduce myself. How rude.
I recently started BIAB after years of extract/partial mash brewing. I've also purchased a kegerator and am learning more -- by trial and error -- about bottling, kegging, etc. With these recent changes, I am having more fun than ever brewing and have made a few of my best beers in the process.
I've lurked on this forum for some time and have decided to join. For the most part, everyone seems helpful, supportive, and relatively chill; beer drinkers, of course!
I've already learned a lot searching the forums and hope maybe some day to pass along the help as well.
Here's to years and years of good beer and good times.
