Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Chris. My father and i have just started doing our own brews and im joining this site to find more info. Our last home brew was a Stout, we have a IPA going right now and are going to brew our first American Lite beer tonight.

We have been using kits so far. Once i get my own setup at home ill start getting more exotic.
