I am new to the forum and just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Dan and I am a newbie to homebrew but have been enjoying commercial beer since my first sip! I have always had an affinity for microbrews and have been excited about my new found hobby after the first pitch of yeast. I am waiting on my first batch of beer (made with Mr. Beer) to carb, but I have already upgraded to higher level equipment from my local home brew shop which I hope to take for a test drive soon.
