Hi! My name is Tom and I'm a 24-year-old software developer from Pennsylvania. I started homebrewing about a year ago with the basic equipment: 5-gallon stainless steel pot, glass carboy, bucket, etc. I came here to get some help with a stuck fermentation, but it looks like there's a lot to learn here!
