Hello everyone, just joined up and am looking forward to chatting with you all about some wonderful homebrews. Kinda new to brewing, I just started this year, but I have already done 4 brews. Yeah I know that is not a lot in the amount of time that I have been brewing, but hey I really do not drink that much and since I brew just for me no big deal. Well that's about it for me, happy brewing!!!!

Well I have the ingredients for a Smithwickes clone but it may have to go on hold for now because of a homebrew contest that I found out about. I am thinking about another oatmeal stout for that.
