I'm so excited to be a part of your forum. Don't let the name fool you, I'm a really laid back back guy... That's a longstanding joke of a forum handle that stuck a long time ago...lol.
I recently had the pleasure to eseentially get a quick crash course in homebrewing with your fellow forum member cvstrat, from whom I have already learned volumes in just one (long) day. I can't wait to learn more and I'm looking forward to one day having a recipe that I can call my own... Thanks so much and I'll see ya on the boards!
