I have been making beer for about 2 years now, and do not enjoy bottling. I have been looking to make a kezzer, and found loads of info here. You all seem to be very informative and helpful.

I have about 10 brews under my belt at this point. My best seem to be my Irish Red. others done: pumpkin, wheat, oat meal stout, porter. I am looking forward to trying others.
