My two brothers, a few friends and I are about two months into home brewing and I figured it was a good time to start talking with others and getting more knowledge.
We brew in Stockton, Ca and live from the Bay Area to... well, Stockton. Heh.
We'll be cooking up our 5th batch this weekend (Probably an Amarillo IPA)... tasting our second... and bottling our 3rd and our 4th.
We've only done partial and extract... not ready for AG yet.. and are just starting to go off the script and make custom adjustments to the recipes.
Um, what else... 7.5 gal brew pot, propane cooker, two 6 gal buckets, a 5 gal carboy, and a crazy looking homemade wort chiller.
That's Me (us)... and now, I need to go think up few questions...
