I've recently started home-brewing with the intention to open a business. Let's just say, I'm in the very early stages of learning how all this works. My orientation is hard seltzers
So far, I've brewed three batches, with Sundays dedicated to brewing as I attempt to dial in a formulation. This will serve as the launching point for the gradual scaling-up of production.
