Thought I would join so I could learn as much as I could from people like myself, home brewers. I have read books and all kinds of material but I find the posts here to be more help full.
I'm from Michigan and started out big into craft beer. I like pretty much every style of beer. I have been home brewing for a little more then a year. I started with extract brewing only to do 3 batches until I went to all grain. I have brewed 4 batches of all grain to date. I've made liquid yeast starters, cold crashed my beer and used gelatin to clear. Eventually I plan to get a grain crusher and a cooler with some kegs.
