Hi all! Been lurking here for a couple of months and finally signed up and decided to introduce myself!

My name is Tom and I am brewing in Wittmann, Arizona! I have brewed three batches to date (2 Belgian Wheats and 1 Witbeir).

I've got two batches bottled for Super Bowl Sunday consumption and can't wait to see how it comes out! I've been using kits (Brewer's Best) to this point, but my last Belgian Wheat style, I started doing some experimentation. I substituted the bitter orange peel for homemade dried Tangerine Peel! I'm anxious to see how it turns out!

Any how, thanks to all for all the great suggestions and knowledge so far!

Welcome! And damn you for making me realize I didn't brew a beer specifically for the Super Bowl :D Oh well I got plenty stashed away.

Take it easy and good luck on your experiment.

Greetings Tom and welcome to the forums (ie. obsession). I've also got a batch of Glendale Ale going for Super Bowl Sunday. Even if the Cards don't make it I'll be hoisting a pint anyway.

welcome! I spaced on a brew for the bowl too, I have a Roggenbier on tap and a wit almost carbed up that should be ready in time. keep us posted on that tangerine experiment!

Welcome Tom from a few miles SE of you. Our last club president just moved out there so believe it or not, you have a brew neighbor.:D
For superbowl, I'll have my Irish Red Rye and Chipotle Smoked Porter kegged and ready to serve.
