I'm brand new to the homebrew thing but addicted already. I've attended a couple begginer classes at a brew supply store and just finished my first batch of beer. Since I've been reading the posts here for a month or so I figured I should say hello. I really enjoy a good dark beer and some ambers and IPA's as well. Looking forward to learning from everyone here and making some really good beer.
