Been a homebrewer for about 12 years and about to go pro. We are starting a Brewery in Lubbock Texas that will have a homebrew store on site and online. Never entered competitions but all my freinds like my beer even more after I finished the Siebel Doemens course. Now I have a lot of beer to brew
