Hey everyone. I'm a first time home brewer. I have my first batch of beer in the carboy. I'm fermenting an all extract batch of Dark Ale. The air lock has been bubbling for 24 hours now. I have lot's of question so I figured I'd come here.

Hi Bob,

I am new to this myself and having a blast. I live in Puyallup and enjoy the great folks at The Beer Essentials.

I started my first brew between last Christmas and New Years. A nice mellow British Bitter. Since then I followed it with a stout in the bottle (should be ready for first sampling this weekend) and a batch of Cheesefoods Vanilla Cream Ale. A worthy read on that one listed in the Recipe section.

This forum is a blast and filled with wonderful info fro the knowledge and the beginner like myself.
