Hi guys just giving a warm welcome from southeast Texas. A little bit about myself, I am a recently saved and newly converted beer drinker. I use to drink the generic lights beers until a newly met friend who is a beer connoisseur per say started turning me onto other beers. In the past 5 months I have expanded my tastes tremendously and had no idea on what I was truly missing out on. Now I have decided to take this new passion and extend it further. I want to start brewing beers that I am passionate about. I can honestly say I am completely green and have a great deal of knowledge to absorb here. I plan to read and learn as much as I can in the next month or two and put together my first home brewing setup. Cant wait to dive in.
