Hello all,
I am a new brewer from College Station, TX and have jumped in with both feet despite my wifes protests. I thought myself a pretty smart guy, with a large background in microbiology, sterile technique, culturing, etc. and I have always enjoyed beer, so I figured I would just start making my own! Well after making my first batch and doing some additional reading I have decided that I am not as omnipotent as I would like and I need help! I stumbled upon this forum looking for ways to keep my fermentation cool and found so much more! I am still full of questions, a lot of it is very n00b stuff, and I would be immensely thankful if yall could help me out. Thanks!
