Hi,

I've been around a bit but never posted. I figured this would be a good time to do so. I'm a relatively new home brewer, something that started when my wife purchased a kit for me from MidWest. I have only brewed 6 batches solo and 2 others with friends (all extract) and I haven't been disappointed in the quality,

I've only had one accident requiring a trip to the ER. :)

I look forward to posting more than I have, but mostly learning from those more experienced than I.

Yeah, it was a burn from a boil over. Stupid mistake, but the damage has healed nicely.

I finished making that beer (a DIPA) and it was very tasty.

Welcome gravel, glad to see a local authority. so how do you pronounce it? Will am et or Will amay,
