I've been sneaking around HBT for years, but never really participated til the last few days.
I'm twice retired, 20 years Navy, Chief Machinery Repairman, and 23 years toolmaker and machinist here in western Arkansas.
I've been brewing ag for awhile, til I hurt my back lifting kettles and fermenters. HEY YOUNG PEOPLE! Just because you can lift something, doesn't mean it is a smart idea. You WILL pay for it later.
Anyway, I'm working toward brewing again soon, all electric, lots of hoists, pumps, and dollies, lifting nothing heavier than a 24 oz. mug.
