I am a all grain micro brewer and distiller.
I have just completed my 80L HIRMS system.
Still working out some bugs in the system, its a working progress,
I am thing about going to a 200L system next and going PLC control.
Anyone know of a good PLC system?

That's quite a system you've cobbled together there! I agree that you def need better hoses on that mash pump. the cheap stuff dosen't take heat real well.
