first time brewer here, but whats up HBT? so the wave of microbreweries are starting to cover all of apalachia and while its nice to get some good craft brews, theres no information as far as home brewing goes and the nearest hbs is pretty much across the river in cinci, thank god for the internet though.
Im still a newbie and I have my first ever batch going right now, ive got a cider that's begging to be drank but im trying to hold off as long as I can, but we will see haha.
Anyone else in the bluegrass? I doubt im the only one, but if I come up with some stupid questions, keep in mind that im still learning haha.
