Hey all, joined up a few weeks ago when I finally decided to give home brewing a try. Thanks to everyone for all your great posts, they were a huge help in learning how to get some yeast workin!
I live in Salisbury, MD but will be heading back to my hometown of Pittsburgh again in a few weeks (Go Black and Gold!)
Just cracked into my first batch of Smoked Porter and it turned out great! Dark as hell and very good. I can't wait to make another batch, probably some wheat this time...any suggestions?
