I have been trolling for a while, getting a ton of info from this site.
Brewing for about 4-6 months now and
I started with an Imperial stout ( munton in a can) turned out great!
then I tried a make shift Stella clone from a can of coopers,
adding the chec saaz hopps....( tasted great but not close to a Stella)
So I recently stepped up to partial mash brewing.

Thanks again for the info on these site and all who contribute.

looking to start a Celebrator clone as soon as I can find a good reciepe

peace... JB

Welcome! It sounds like you want to brew a nice variety. That can be mighty fun!

Doppelbocks can be a bit tricky to brew and ferment, so be ready for that one. You want to lager those babies, too.

Do you mean lurking? If you're trolling then you're doing it all wrong, being polite and stuff.:mug:
