Hello everyone! Finally signed up to join this great group of people on this site.
Quick background: I've been fascinated with beer ever since I can remember. A couple years back I jumped on the craft beer train and never looked back. I can honestly say for the past 4 years I have yet to have the same beer twice...ok three times
I've made it my personal goal to try as many different as possible, plus I've been collecting every bottle (as trophies I guess lol) decided to start home brewing about 3 months ago and I'm loving it!
Hope to learn from all of you and share information I learn along the way
